Release planning
We coordinate the schedule, artwork, credits, and supporting content so each part of the release is ready when it is needed.
We manage the release of singles, EPs, and albums—from the finished master and delivery schedule to the campaign and ongoing catalog.
Our approachWe decide which record leads the campaign, who it is intended to reach, and how the release fits into the artist’s wider catalog.
Singles can introduce a project over several weeks; an EP or album needs a clear focus within a larger body of work. The rollout follows the format, the audience, and the materials available.
We coordinate the schedule, artwork, credits, and supporting content so each part of the release is ready when it is needed.
Audio, artist names, contributors, identifiers, territories, and release details are checked before delivery. Accurate information matters from the first release onward.
We keep release information organized, coordinate corrections where needed, and review the catalog beyond the opening week.

EightCari distributes globally through The Orchard, a Sony Music company. We prepare each release for delivery to supported streaming and download services, with its date, territories, and rights information confirmed in advance.
We use Symphonic for official music video distribution to supported outlets including Spotify music videos, Vevo, Apple Music, and TIDAL. Video delivery is planned alongside the recording so the campaign has a consistent identity.
We coordinate delivery-ready files, artwork, credits, and the details needed to match the video to the artist and release. Technical specifications and rights clearances are reviewed before submission.
Availability varies by outlet, territory, artist eligibility, and platform approval. Distribution does not guarantee editorial placement, playlist support, or video availability in every market.

Ownership, contributor credits, artwork permissions, and any samples need to be resolved before a release is delivered.
The recording, video, artwork, and artist presentation should feel like parts of the same release.
We review delivery, follow up on corrections, and use the response to help plan the next stage of the artist’s catalog.
