About these terms
These terms apply to the EightCari Music Group website and demo submissions, and creator applications. Read them before submitting.
1. Permitted use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or submit harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
2. Submission eligibility
You confirm that you own the submitted music or have the necessary permission from all relevant rights holders to submit it for evaluation. Information about the artist, contact, and work must be accurate. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, a parent or guardian should submit on your behalf.
3. Limited review permission
By submitting, you grant EightCari Music Group limited permission to access, listen to, and internally share your demo and accompanying information for evaluation. You retain ownership of your music. Submission alone does not transfer copyright, authorize commercial release, or create a recording, publishing, distribution, management, or employment agreement.
4. No fee or guarantee
Submitting a demo is free. Receipt does not guarantee a response, offer, or agreement. Any commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement. The label may already be reviewing or developing similar music independently.
5. Confidential information
Do not submit material requiring a nondisclosure agreement unless one has been separately signed. A private listening link limits general access but does not create a contractual duty of confidentiality. Do not provide account passwords or sensitive personal information.
6. Website content and external services
Brand materials and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Visiting this website grants no ownership rights. External services are governed by their own terms; we do not control their content or availability.
7. Availability and legal rights
The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Creator applications and campaigns
A creator application is a request for consideration and does not guarantee roster acceptance, a campaign, or payment. Campaign invitations set out the deliverables, schedule, compensation, payment conditions, and any content usage rights. Agree to those terms before starting work. Use only the approved sound and materials, create original content, and follow the campaign brief and platform rules, including applicable paid partnership disclosures. A parent or guardian must be involved where legally required. Do not provide bank details or identity documents in the application form.
8. Privacy and updates
The Privacy Policy explains how submission information is handled. Questions about personal information may be sent through the privacy request form. Revisions will be posted with an updated effective date; the version shown when you submit applies to that submission.
